With nine years of professional experience, Ms. Monahan attributes her success to having a positive attitude. As a senior corporate paralegal, Liz became the department expert in EDGAR, the complex SEC electronic filing system the company uses for all SEC filings, as well as the point person for all Section 16 filings for MMC's executive officers and directors. In 2009, Liz took on additional responsibility by assuming primary group internal responsibility for the Intellectual Property work for Mercer and Oliver Wyman. She started her professional career as a graphic designer and later decided to switch over to the legal field.
Ms. Monahan earned an associate degree in Art and Advertising Design in 1988 from the New York City College of Technology. In 2009, she received the Legal Excellence Award and the Chief Executive Officer Recognition Award from Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc.
