Veale is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience creating innovative products and improving profitability for high growth organizations. He began his career as one of the first 25 employees of EMC Corporation helping it to grow from a small single office into an international company while serving in multiple sales and marketing roles including marketing director and country manager in the U.K.
Veale spent 15 years as an executive at MBNA America where he held management positions including leadership of the company's CRM strategies, product development, and strategic planning. He has also served as COO for a NYC-based rewards technology company and as Managing Director at Freeh Group International Solutions, a security and compliance consulting firm. Veale holds a BA in Economics from Boston College and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
