Ms. Cleary is the sole proprietor of her business, where she works as a naval engineering consultant.
Ms. Cleary worked 29 years as a systems and software engineer for a defense contractor with 16 years on DOG programs for the Navy. Strong analytical skills in systems and software design help Ms. Cleary find solutions for many challenges on the various programs. Ms. Cleary possesses strong process oriented skills (CMMI and ISO) and applies this knowledge to programs to ensure that products are of the highest quality. Driven to enter her current profession by her previous work experience, she attributes her success to her dedication for safe and quality system/software applications.
Ms. Cleary supports many community initiates. These initiatives include such organizations as the
Second Harvest Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Orlando Union Rescue Mission Women &Children's
Center, World Wildlife Fund and the Friends of the Wekiva River.
