As a Senior Consultant with K.J. Ross and Associates, as well as throughout his brilliant career, Mr. Platt has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Established in 1997, K.J. Ross and Associates is a company that provides a variety of software testing services to large corporate organizations. Among the services they offer are test management; risk assessment and test strategy; test process improvement; project test outsourcing; load and performance testing; application performance management; automated test tool evaluation and implementation; and development and execution of automated test suites.
Mr Platt serves as K.J. Ross's National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) accredited software Test Laboratory program manager and eHealth Practice lead. He also has recently delivered K.J. Ross software testing services to the QLD Department of Community Services and their emergency services communications and computer aided dispatch systems. He previously provided software testing services in the roles of Program Test Manager and Quality Manager to the QLD Department of Education and Training, Office of liquor and gambling, Queensland Police Service, and BlueCare. Mr. Platt recently secured NATA software Test Laboratory accreditation for eHealth software Health Identifiers and Secure Message Delivery.
Mark possesses extensive expertise in the management of software testing strategies, plans, automation and performance testing as well as implementation management techniques, implementation support, problem tracking and training.
During his collegiate career, Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Electronics from Staffordshire University, graduating with Honors. He is a member of the Australian Computer Society, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
